Description
Eunice Dlada, Deputy Chair of the South African Domestic Service and Allied Workers Union (SADSAWU), talks with union members about their rights and how to negotiate with employers. South African labour legislation covers domestic workers, but it is unevenly implemented and many employers refuse to comply. Eunice says she channels the pain she felt as an underpaid, overworked domestic worker into her efforts to help those unfairly treated and recruit new members.
