Eunice Dlada, Deputy Chair of the South African Domestic Service and Allied Workers Union (SADSAWU), talks with union members about their rights and how to negotiate with employers. South African labour legislation covers domestic workers, but it is unevenly implemented and many employers refuse to comply.
