Participants in the Young Women Leadership Program (YWLP) attend three week-long workshops on photography and film making; together they made a film about early and forced marriage. Jointly run by Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT) and Izad, this program empowers women from poor urban communities by enabling them to access and use technology, and provides education on social issues, giving them the confidence and tools to break gender, class, and religion-based stereotypes.
