Dignity Returns is a unique workers'-owned garment factory on the outskirts of Bangkok. The 15 members form the Solidarity Group, a collective of former factory garment workers who decided to found a workplace based on fair wages and working hours. Their main income is from sub-contracted work for a Thai polo-shirt company whose owner is willing to pay their higher rates. Through HomeNet Thailand, they have joined other home-based garment workers across the country to establish a garment cooperative.
